We will be celebrating the Christmas Season this year with two Candlelight Services on Christmas Eve.
Candlelight Service I – 5:00 p.m. This service is more family oriented with participation from some of our Sunday School and Youth, along with our traditional Candlelight Ceremony.
Candlelight Service II – 9:00 pm. This is the later service and is a bit quieter and more meditative as we move into the late evening with singing, lessons, prayers and the Candlelight ceremony.
Worship Services at St. Paul’s
10:00 a.m. – Regular Worship. Services with Holy Communion are generally the second and fourth Sundays of the month, plus the fifth Sunday when there are five Sundays in the month. (*We practice an open Communion Table. We believe in the presence of Christ in the bread and wine given for all who come to the table. Children are encouraged to come as well, and we offer age appropriate Communion instruction for children and parents.)
10:30 a.m. – Sunday School from September to June starts immediately after the Children’s Message during Sunday Worship. Children from Nursery to Grade 6 are welcome to join in.
11:00 a.m. – Coffee, Tea, some snacks and a lot of fellowship and conversation every Sunday.
Activities at St. Paul’s:
We had a very successful Backpacking trip this past summer with eight of our people hiking around David Thompson Country west of Nordegg. The weather cooperated nicely and not too many sore spots on participants! Stay tuned for the next big Adventure Trip for summer of 2018!
